Every family’s journey with PANS/PANDAS looks different.
I offer several types of visits and memberships designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re seeking a diagnosis, working toward stabilization, navigating flares, or returning to care.
Care grants may be available in the Pacific NW through the NWPPN


1. Comprehensive
New Patient Evaluation
All new patients start here
Best for:

Families who are new to PANS/PANDAS care or
-
Those needing a thorough evaluation, second opinion, or new PANS doctor
This visit includes:
-
60 minute intake and 1 month messaging
-
In-depth medical and behavioral history
-
Review of prior labs, testing, and treatments
-
Clinical assessment for PANS/PANDAS and related conditions
-
Initial treatment plan, prescribing, and next steps
-
2. Ongoing Support
Active Care Pathway
Best for:
-
Continued care, prescriptions, follow-ups
This plan includes:
-
Video, phone or asynchronous touch-points monthly (up to twice monthly)
-
Scheduled follow-up visits
-
Active monitoring of symptom trends and progress
-
Medication and supplement adjustments
-

This is a 6 month membership, but you may cancel anytime
Why a 6-month membership? Stabilization is a process that typically requires attention and adjustments and unfolds gradually. The 6 months is based on the average time to resolution of children in my practice.


3. Maintenence Care
To maintain stability in the long term
Best for:

Management of episodic flares or ongoing prescriptions if stable > 3 months
This plan includes:
-
2 messages per month
-
Refills of stable medication
-
Guidance on mild-to-moderate flares
-
Support during transitions or regressions
-
Requires one video check-in per year
Other Options
We understand that the situation is sometimes "outside the box"
Return to care
For patients and families who need just periodic consultations
This includes:

Updated medical and symptom review
-
Review of any new testing or treatments
-
Revised plan for stabilization or support
-
Prescribing as appropriate
-
Recommendations for next steps
Best for: Former patients who need updated guidance
IVIG
For patients needing IVIG prescription and monitoring
This includes:

Counseling and care coordination
-
Ordering and surrounding labwork
-
Working towards insurance approval
-
Monitoring symptoms and monthly check-ins
Best for: All patients on IVIG must be on the continuing care plan
Outside Consulting
For families requesting significant care coordination (e.g. hour-long meetings)
This includes:

1 hr of meetings and letter writing
-
Forms that require a lot of time or have legal implications
-
Other non-specified requests
Best for: Single requests that do not fit other categories
