About Dr Roth's Practice
Empowering Families Affected by PANS
When families come to see me, they are not only seeking medical expertise, they’re looking for someone who listens and believes them. This practice was built on the idea that every child deserves to be understood, every parent deserves to be heard, and that
healing is possible when care is informed by the latest science and the individual's experience.
I knows the frustration, fear, exhaustion, and most of all unwavering determination it takes to navigate a medical system that often fails to recognize PANS/PANDAS. Even as a physician myself I struggled for years to find knowledgeable doctors for my own son who had PANS. That experience deepened my commitment to creating a space where families finally feel seen, supported, and empowered.
At the heart of my approach is the simple but powerful belief that patients and their families are the true experts in their own health. I am here to listen, collaborate, and share my expertise to help families find a path forward to healing. Welcome—we’re honored to be part of your journey.

YOUR PATH TO WELLNESS WITH DR. ROTH
Care that meets your needs
Beginning with an initial consultation, patients can get a diagnosis and treatment as appropriate. They may then bring this diagnosis and plan to their local physician for regular care, or engage in ongoing care with Dr Roth for continued support. This tailored journey ensures that each patient receives personalized attention and care at every stage, from diagnosis through long-term management.

Initial Consultation
For those seeking expert advice on PANS/PANDAS management, we begin with an intake visit in which we review the history, diagnosis, questions, and treatment options. Labs will be ordered and prescriptions will provided as clinically appropriate and with joint agreement and partnership between your family and Dr Roth. Two weeks after the visit will be a short check-in with Dr Roth for questions and medication adjustments.
Timely Appointments: Get seen within 2 weeks
Virtual Meeting: 60 minute Zoom consultation with Dr. Roth, and email support through the month
Focused Diagnosis: Review symptoms and discuss diagnosis.
Treatment Planning: Conventional medications prescribed to the pharmacy of your choice. Open to integrative treatments as well
Attentive Care: First opportunity for many to be fully heard and get your questions answered.
Labs and support: We can order labs or provide a letter for your doctor, school, or work as needed.
Follow-Up Guidance: Recommendations for ongoing care and next steps.
Ongoing Care
After initial consultation, you may take recommendations back to your pediatrician or local provider for continued management, or continue to meet with Dr Roth monthly for ongoing care. PANS/PANDAS does usually take time (months) to resolve, so follow-up of some kind is necessary.
Knowledgeable: Experience the benefit of having an experienced, high-level physician on your team
Trusted Partnership: A doctor who listens to and works with your family through the stages of treatment.
Continuity of Care: Meet monthly to keep your child's care moving forward.
Convenient: Telehealth means no one has to leave the house to see the doctor.
Personalized: Attentive to your and your child's individual situation
Affordable: Prices are set to be affordable but sliding scale is available. Dr Roth works with families to ensure access to care is not limited by ability to pay.
